I've been where you are.
I'm a doctor of physical therapy specializing in active, motivated women who want to keep moving and get back out there doing what they love.

At Monarch Physical Therapy, I work with runners, hikers, climbers, cyclists, lifters, yogis and everyday adventurers, including moms on the playground, navigating pelvic health challenges such as leakage, prolapse, core weakness, pain, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause.
Rather than asking clients to scale back their lives, I help them build the strength, coordination, and confidence their bodies need to move forward.

With over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of real-world movement, I blend evidence-informed pelvic physical therapy with a practical, holistic approach that respects how people actually live, train, and play.
I am committed to helping you trust your body again, so you can get back out there without fear, hesitation, or holding back.
